We work with families with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders in their homes, communities and at our center to provide high quality ABA Services.  We use the Science of ABA to implement individualized interventions that help our clients cultivate functional behaviors in a variety of settings by enhancing communication skills and teaching strategies for self-regulation.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica\">Our team believes in developing talent and offers opportunities for growth in a diversity of skill sets. We offer online, self-paced access to the Registered Behavior Technician training which also increases the pay rate upon completion.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-weight: bold\">Overview- ABA Therapist or Behavior Tech or Registered Behavior Technician:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica\">Under the supervision of a BCBA, the Behavior Technician or ABA Therapist role provides 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children and young adults (ages 2-22) diagnosed with Autism. Therapy sessions usually run <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3-4 hours </span>and primarily take place during after school hours in the client's home, Community, and/or at our Center.
