The analyst partners with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams to ensure secure access, reliability, performance, and operational excellence.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide operational support for Citrix DaaS/CVAD and virtual desktop/application environments across on‑prem and Google Cloud platforms.</li>\n <li>Support on‑prem infrastructure including VMware ESXi/vCenter environments that underpin Citrix and application workloads.</li>\n <li>Support hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) platforms, assisting with capacity planning, performance troubleshooting, and lifecycle activities.</li>\n <li>Support cloud‑native compute platforms including Google Compute Engine (GCE) for Citrix‑hosted and supporting workloads.</li>\n <li>Administer and support Citrix components including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Cloud Connectors, Provisioning Services (PVS), Machine Creation Services (MCS), and Workspace.</li>\n <li>Support NetScaler/ADC and gateway components for secure access, load balancing, and traffic management.</li>\n <li>Monitor system health, performance, and availability; respond to incidents and service requests following established procedures.</li>\n <li>Perform root cause analysis and participate in incident, problem, and change management processes using ServiceNow.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with network, identity, security, storage, and application teams to resolve cross‑platform issues.</li>\n <li>Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, diagrams, and configuration standards.</li>\n <li>Participate in scheduled after‑hours and on‑call rotation, providing support for business‑critical infrastructure services.</li>\n <li>Support maintenance activities, upgrades, patching, DR testing, and planned change events.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Hands‑on experience supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops in enterprise environments.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of hybrid infrastructure operations across cloud and on‑prem platforms.</li>\n <li>Experience supporting VMware virtualization (vCenter / ESXi) in production environments.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) platforms and operational concepts.</li>\n <li>Experience supporting Google Cloud workloads, including GCE, networking, and monitoring.</li>\n <li>Strong troubleshooting skills across Citrix, compute, network, identity, and storage layers.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of ITIL‑based operational practices (incident, change, and problem management).</li>\n <li>Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to support high‑availability, business‑critical systems in an operational environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li>\n <li>Experience supporting Citrix environments and hybrid infrastructure platforms.</li>\n <li>Experience supporting Windows Server and Active Directory‑integrated environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>VMware, Citrix, or cloud platform certifications.</li>\n <li>Experience supporting HCI platforms in enterprise environments.</li>\n <li>Experience operating production workloads in Google Cloud.</li>\n <li>Exposure to automation, scripting, or infrastructure‑as‑code tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Hybrid work 4:1, with one day work from home.</li>\n <li>May require after‑hours, weekend, or off‑shift work during incidents, maintenance windows, or critical business events.</li>\n <li>Participation in a rotating 24x7 on‑call support model is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Travel:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>&nbsp;Occasional travel, less than 25%, as required.</li>\n</ul>",
