In this role you will act as a focal point for highly complex network problem resolution, lead design workshops and support pre-sales activity for highly complex networks. You will consistently evaluate, develop and refine technical deployment methodology &amp; documentation. Training is available in advanced technologies.<br /></p><p><b>Key responsibilities include:</b><br /></p><ul><li>Technical Leadership</li><li>Client Relations</li><li>Business Management</li><li>Team Building</li></ul><p><b>Required Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience</li><li>Strong technical and leadership skills - ability to provide insight to enhance the viability of the business &amp; drive differentiation in the market place.</li><li>Must possess strong technical account management skills and have excellent troubleshooting skills.</li><li><b>Flexibility and having a car is must for this position as the successful candidate will be visiting client sites quite regularly.</b></li></ul><p><b>Required Experience:</b></p><p>Extensive knowledge and experience of Core Routing and Switching design, configuration, and troubleshooting, and usage of <b>Cisco Best Practices</b> :<br /></p><ul><li>Routing protocols—OSPF, EIGRP, BGP</li><li>IOS, IOS-XR</li><li>WAN connectivity such as T1/T3, OC3, OC12, MPLS, Metro-E</li><li>Spanning-tree, VTP, Port Channels, Load balancing, SPAN</li><li>Multicast PIM Sparse/Dense, MSDP</li><li>NAT</li></ul><p>Potential candidates must possess experience and demonstrate expertise in at<span> </span><b>least one or more of the following areas:</b></p><ul><li>Nexus configuration and design</li><li>VDC, VPC, OTV, LISP, FabricPatch, DCNM</li><li>Cisco Network Security design, configuration, and tuning of Cisco security appliances</li><li>Excellent understanding of VPN—site to site, remote access client, IPSEC (including the protocol suite), IKE, tunnel modes, SSL clientless/AnyConnect, Tunnels between ASAs, Routers</li><li>ASA Firewalls and FWSMs—NAT, ACL configuration, IPSec and SSL VPN, configuration of IPS, CX, BotNet modules; CSM and Next-Gen features</li><li>HA configurations, multi-context, transparent mode</li><li>IPS appliances and in-line modules, tuning of alerts</li><li>Cisco ACS for network Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting</li><li>Cisco ISE integration with wired data and wireless infrastructure</li><li>Cisco/Ironport ESA/WSA</li><li>SourceFire and/or Palo Alto Firewall experience</li><li>Cisco Enterprise Wireless communication design, configuration</li><li>Configuring Lightweight and Autonomous APs, WLAN Controllers, PRIME</li><li>Bridging, outdoor/mesh, location tracking, wIPS, guest access</li><li>Wireless surveys, site assessments, and audits</li><li>Meraki wireless</li><li>Quality of Service understanding and configuration; able to customize across all Cisco platforms to support Voice, Video, and selected applications</li><li>MPLS Traffic engineering design, configuration, and troubleshooting</li><li>LDP, TDP, RSVP Label distribution</li><li>MPBGP-VPNv4, Multi-VRF and VRF-Lite</li><li>Application and WAN Optimization appliance design and configuration</li><li>Appliances such as NetScaler, F5, Riverbed, and Infoblox</li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><b>Cisco® CCNP/CCIE certificate OR equivalent experience</b></li><li><b>Cisco Meraki experience (Preferred)</b></li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Solid documentation experience with<span> </span><b>Microsoft® Visio, Word, and Excel</b></li><li>Ambitious and goal-oriented, with initiative to work until job is complete</li><li><b>8 years of related experience with project Deliverables from a VAR/Integrator experience (strongly preferred)</b></li><li>Prior experience working closely with customers and collaborating with IT staff</li><li>Strong technical and leadership skills, that will provide insight to enhance the viability of the business &amp; drive differentiation in the market place.</li><li>Must possess strong technical account management skills and have excellent troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Prior management experience preferred</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p>",
