This will include interaction with the client’s representatives and all other involved contractors. The Service Supervisor must correctly and safely operate and install Supreme Services products in a safe and environmentally conscious manner. The Service Supervisor must have a competent understanding of the equipment and all components associated with the materials to include experience in preparation for assembly for all necessary job specific equipment as per customer specifications.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Job Requirements</span></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: 300;\">The Service Supervisor position is a non-entry level position. On the job training will be provided specific to applications of company policies and procedures</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: 300;\">The Service Supervisor must show competency in the following areas: </span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: 300;\">The rigging-up and rigging-down of job specific equipment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: 300;\">Maintaining and troubleshooting of all job-related equipment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: 300;\">Capable to complete a job- load out with required equipment under no supervision. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: 300;\">Knowledge of basic computer skill. </span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: 300;\">Conduct job specific meetings before and after completing operations with clients and contractors using Power-point presentation. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: 300;\">Current possession of a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card is preferred or ability to successfully obtain said credential. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: 300;\">PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: </span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: 300;\">Heavy Work classification; Maximum 100 lbs. lifting; carrying objects up to 50 lbs. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: 300;\">Long periods of sitting, standing, stooping, bending, kneeling and reaching. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: 300;\">Push / Pull while exerting manual force. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: 300;\">Manually tightens or loosens screw type connections using overhand swing of 5 lb. – 10 lb. mull. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: 300;\">Repetitive motions and manual handling of material above or below shoulders height. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: 300;\">Works at a rapid pace. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: 300;\">Repeated ascending/descending stairs and ladders. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: 300;\">Opening/closing heavy doors (e.g. marine watertight doors). </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: 300;\">Tasks requiring high levels of manual dexterity. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: 300;\">Participating in emergency response drills. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: 300;\">Swimming (emergency evacuations) (Offshore Locations Only)</span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: 300;\"></span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; font-weight: 300;\"></span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Education</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif;\">High School Diploma or GED</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif; text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"> Experience</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lato', sans-serif;\">3-5 Years experience</span><br></li>\n</ul>",
