          "text": "<p><strong>Key Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Effectively manage small, mid-market, and large corporate, complex business clients during their online banking systems upgrade or conversion from a legacy platform to a new, target platform.</li><li>Provide clients with efficient and effective technical support, customer service and sales assistance.</li><li>Deliver instructor lead, virtual classroom, training sessions for clients transitioning to new online banking platforms.</li><li>Consults with clients and customers to identify additional needs related to the products or services.</li><li>Provide contact center support for commercial bank clients across multiple delivery channels.</li><li>Maintain complete and accurate records of all customer interactions, as required</li><li>Successfully complete initial new Digital Conversion Professional training program and all required learning and ongoing training.</li><li>Provide outstanding “white glove” customer service to each of our top tier clients and customers.</li><li>Additional tasks, projects, special assignments, team roles on a rotating basis may be assigned at the discretion of team leader.</li><li>Understand and assist customers with NACHA files.</li></ul>",

Experience working with online banking treasury management systems, ACH, wire transfer, lockbox, positive pay, investment sweeps and related bank services and applications with commercial, corporate customers (Banking / Business experience) – finance software.</p><ul><li>Provided technical assistance to clients with payment files being imported for ACH, Wire and Positive Pay in various formats (NACHA, delimited, fixed, etc.)</li><li>Background in contact center environment a plus.</li><li>Proven track record of exceeding expectations through superior execution and project management.</li><li>Organized and conducted training sessions for companies of various sizes.</li><li>Managed high profile clientele online banking data.</li><li>Built and managed client information portfolios.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must with experience presenting/training external stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency using Microsoft Suite</li><li>Must have B2B experience</li><li>Understanding and experience with NACHA files</li><li>Minimum of 6 months&#xa0;to 5+ years of experience in Treasury Management&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Education Required:</strong></p><ul><li>BS in business/finance/accounting or equivalent experience</li></ul>",
