Reporting to the </span><span>Lead Test &amp; Validation Engineer </span><span>the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, validating, implementing, and automating high-quality testing solutions for home stations, focusing on electronics, power systems, and electrical safety.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Main responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Design, validate, implement, and automate high-quality testing solutions for home stations, focusing on electronics, power systems, and electrical safety.</span><span> </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Interpret and apply relevant standards and regulations to ensure compliance.</span><span> </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Develop comprehensive test plans covering product reliability, standards compliance, functionality, and durability.</span><span> </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Plan and coordinate the execution of tests, both internally and with external partners.</span><span> </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Execute tests partially or fully, independently or with support from test technicians.</span><span> </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Conduct accelerated life testing (ALT) to evaluate product performance under extreme conditions.</span><span> </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Prepare clear, data-driven test reports to document findings and outcomes.</span><span> </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.</span><span> </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum of 3 years of experience in certification and testing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and firmware designs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
