With the responsibility to own our structure modeling program and all the CAD drawings required for our team to submit and produce precast to meet our customers demanding schedules.  This newly created position will have the opportunity to be a part of the critical path to the success of our company and to learn our operation from the ground up. \n\nOur Drafter’s are detail oriented and can appreciate a job well done. They work strongly as individual achievers, but collectively share in the rewards of our company, through profit sharing and a sense of team that comes from working together to achieve challenging deadlines.
