We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to work out of the Greater Indianapolis, Indiana area.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>The Warehouse Associate will primarily be responsible for arranging shipments of materials, inspecting, and verifying goods, managing inventory levels of shipping materials and supplies, and operating a forklift.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Pick, pack, and ship orders, receive inbound, inventory put away, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to sales associates for processing.</li>\r\n\t<li>Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped.</li>\r\n\t<li>Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.</li>\r\n\t<li>Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe</li>\r\n\t<li>Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method.</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist in counting of physical inventory.</li>\r\n\t<li>Weigh and count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.</li>\r\n\t<li>Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments.</li>\r\n\t<li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Work Environment &amp; Hazards:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>This job operates in largely in a general warehouse environment.</li>\r\n\t<li>Risk of injury from heavy equipment.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Special Physical Demands:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li>\r\n\t<li>Must be able to lift up to 25+ pounds at times.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Work Contact Group:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Significant contact with AEG field employees.</li>\r\n\t<li>Limited contact with new and existing vendors.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
