    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/25.10.27/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">Tellworks, a growing 3PL provider, is currently seeking associates in our USA Parkway warehouse.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Shift Schedule</strong></p><p><strong>4th Shift Wednesday- Saturday 400PM- 230AM</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p id=\"isPasted\">The continued growth of Tellworks has created the need for warehouse associates ready to hit the ground running. &nbsp;Associates perform a range of duties including labeling and consolidating product accurately, picking and pulling cartons/boxes, placing materials on pallets or in staging areas and/or other applicable spaces within the warehouse, loading/unloading trucks, and matching material documents to requested orders. Other duties may include labeling, cleaning, other maintenance duties, and special projects.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><u>Primary Job Responsibilities</u>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Handle multiple tasks concurrently, prioritizing and completing them accurately in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Independently solve problems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.</li><li>Demonstrate basic knowledge of warehouse material handling operations.</li><li>Efficiently navigate the AIMS Plus system to track inventory and manage logistics.</li><li>Collaborate and interact effectively with all levels of management, co-workers, and customers.</li><li>Verify and organize equipment for shipment and receiving to ensure accuracy and readiness.</li><li>Utilize strong oral and written communication skills for reporting and interacting within the team.</li><li>Ensure departmental processes and procedures are followed, maintaining compliance with standards.</li><li>Ensure no damage to products and verify incoming stock against physical inventory counts.</li><li>Maintain a clean, orderly workstation, return supplies to proper locations, and clean up at the end of each shift.</li><li>Stand and walk for a full workday, meeting physical demands of the role.</li><li>Perform all tasks in compliance with Tellworks Logistics safety and compliance policies, adhering to OSHA standards.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Job Requirements</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent &nbsp;</li><li>Prefer 2-4 years of experience&nbsp;</li><li>Consistently lift, standing, bending, and rotating motions&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to speak, read, and write English&nbsp;</li><li>Basic Mathematics Skills &nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to pass federal/state/local government and company required background checks. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Physical Demands</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be able to move about the warehouse to access product, machinery and assist others&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to move and place cartons on pallets weighing up to 60 pounds &nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to bend downward using legs at knee&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange accurate information&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Non-Physical Demands</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be reliable and dedicated to good attendance&nbsp;</li><li>Must be available to occasionally work overtime, as required&nbsp;</li><li>Must be adaptable to changing work tasks and workload&nbsp;</li><li>Must be dedicated to working safely&nbsp;</li><li>Must be dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
