This would include processes from slurry to water. Utilizes in construction, remediation, and industrial projects. The Water Treatment Technician will work primarily at project sites throughout Central and Western Canada.</span> <br><span><span> </span></span></p>\n<p><span><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do</span></span><span><span> </span></span></p>\n<p><span>The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Leading in execution and implementation of all KBL safety policies and procedures</span></li>\n<li><span>Lead by example and mentor junior staff</span></li>\n<li><span>Supervise sub-contractors when applicable</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate and communicate effectively with the Safety Department</span></li>\n<li><span>Partake in safety related meetings</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and operation of KBL's custom-built mobile water treatment equipment</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Optimize equipment and troubleshoot for deficiencies on a continuous basis</span></li>\n<li><span>Accurately collect and compile sample data for reporting to stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span>Calibrate equipment as per operating manual requirements</span></li>\n<li><span>Lift, push, pull and drag up to 50 lbs</span></li>\n<li><span>Interpret results and adjust equipment</span></li>\n<li><span>Other related duties as requested</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct equipment and site inspections</span></li>\n<li><span>Must have reliable transportation</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span><span> </span></span></p>\n<p><span><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who You Are</span></span></span><span><span> </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience and a solid understanding of the water treatment field is required.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.</span></li>\n<li><span>Understanding of electrical systems and controls</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work unsupervised.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to maintain strong organizational and time management skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to communicate in a positive, and professional manner.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must be able and willing to complete tasks/projects as directed by Management to achieve company and project objectives.</span></li>\n<li><span>Water Treatment Technicians may work long hours.
