    "description_html": "<p><strong>Who We Are:</strong><br>Watkins Distributing is a family-owned and operated beverage distribution company proudly serving Idaho and Montana for four generations.</p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong><br>Tap Cleaners visit bars, restaurants, and other beverage establishments to service and maintain draught lines, keeping systems clean and operating at peak performance.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Service and clean draught beer lines and equipment at designated customer accounts according to a set schedule</li><li>Verify that all draught systems operate correctly and meet company quality standards</li><li>Keep thorough daily service records using company-provided tracking tools</li><li>Drive to multiple customer locations using a personal or company vehicle</li><li>Identify and resolve draught system issues, communicating solutions clearly to customers</li><li>Train retail accounts on best practices for draught system upkeep and care</li><li>Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and properly organized</li><li>Adhere to all safety guidelines, including safe handling of cleaning agents and equipment</li><li>Complete all duties accurately, efficiently, and on time in accordance with established service expectations</li><li>Take on additional duties as needed</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills/Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Self-directed and able to work independently without on-site supervision</li><li>Thrives in a role that involves physical activity and frequent movement</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits</li><li>Comfortable with a varied schedule and non-traditional work environment, this is not a desk job</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to lift and transport equipment, product, and kegs ranging from approximately 20–50 pounds, and up to 165 pounds on a regular basis</li><li>Comfortable with repeated bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for extended periods throughout the workday</li><li>Ability to travel between multiple accounts each day and safely operate a motor vehicle</li><li>Ability to work across a variety of settings, including bars, restaurants, walk-in coolers, and tight or wet spaces</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Employee discounts on beverage products</li></ul>",
