If you have technical experience and a passion for making a difference, we might be the right fit for you.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The EUT Specialist - SME will lead endpoint operations, engineering, and modernization across a regulated federal enterprise environment. The individual will: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead full lifecycle endpoint operations for laptops, desktops, virtual endpoints, and mobile devices, including provisioning, configuration, deployment, maintenance, decommissioning, and preproduction validation. </li>\n <li>Serve as the technical SME for Microsoft Intune in Windows environments, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, application delivery, Autopilot onboarding, and Defender for Endpoint integration. </li>\n <li>Establish and maintain endpoint configuration baselines, security controls, compliance policies, patching processes, vulnerability remediation plans, and closure reporting. </li>\n <li>Oversee enterprise application packaging, deployment, maintenance, and endpoint automation using PowerShell and standardized delivery processes. </li>\n <li>Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues, including Autopilot enrollment failures, policy conflicts, application packaging defects, compliance anomalies, and escalated incidents. </li>\n <li>Coordinate with security, infrastructure, service desk, vendor, and government teams to resolve issues, prevent recurrence, and improve service performance. </li>\n <li>Develop and maintain SOPs, architecture artifacts, operational documentation, and reporting to support FISMA, audit readiness, SLA tracking, and lifecycle visibility. </li>\n <li>Mentor endpoint engineers and support personnel to improve technical quality, consistency, and operational performance. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 10 years of related experience in endpoint management. </li>\n <li>Deep expertise with Microsoft Intune for Windows endpoint environments, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment. </li>\n <li>Strong experience with Windows lifecycle management, endpoint provisioning, Autopilot, Defender for Endpoint, patching, vulnerability remediation, and security integration. </li>\n <li>Proficiency with PowerShell scripting, automation, application packaging, and endpoint delivery solutions. </li>\n <li>Experience supporting endpoint operations in regulated, security-sensitive, or federal enterprise environments. </li>\n <li>Ability to troubleshoot complex endpoint issues across enrollment, policy, application, compliance, security, and operational domains. </li>\n <li>Experience developing SOPs, technical documentation, architecture artifacts, audit-ready records, and operational reporting. </li>\n <li>Ability to mentor technical staff and coordinate effectively across security, infrastructure, service desk, vendor, and government teams. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Clearance Requirement:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a federal public trust clearance. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Acuity, Inc:  </p>\n<p>Acuity is a leading management and technology consulting firm that specializes in serving the federal government.
