    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare machinery for operation by ensuring all necessary materials are available, and machines are calibrated according to specifications.</li>\n <li>Operate assigned machines to produce high-quality products, monitor production processes, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal output.</li>\n <li>Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet established standards. Identify and address any deviations from specifications.</li>\n <li>Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns. Report any malfunctions or abnormalities to the maintenance team.</li>\n <li>Assist with Lacing the lines.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot machine errors and faults, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.</li>\n <li>&nbsp;Maintain accurate records of machine operations, production output, and quality control checks. Complete production logs and reports as required.</li>\n <li>Work closely with team members, including supervisors, technicians, and quality control personnel, to achieve production goals and address any challenges that may arise.</li>\n <li>Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Report any safety concerns promptly.</li>\n <li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.</li>\n <li>Assist in training new machine operators and provide guidance to team members as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Education and Certifications</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role.</li>\n <li>Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of machine operation principles and production processes.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills for data entry and machine control.</li>\n <li>Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality output.</li>\n <li>Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.</li>\n <li>Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li>\n <li>Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<blockquote>\n <p><strong><u>Qualification</u></strong></p>\n</blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Walking and standing for extended periods.</li>\n <li>Frequent lifting of up to 65 pounds.</li>\n <li>Frequent bending, squatting, stooping, and reaching.</li>\n <li>Repetitive arm and upper body action and movement.</li>\n <li>Exposure to dust, frequent loud noise, varying temperatures in the plant.</li>\n <li>Occasionally climbing stairs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Work experience in related industry is an asset but even if you do not have this, we still want you to apply.
