The Craft Operations Trainer is the trainer of construction teams that may include the Craftsman and General Foreman. This position involves a high level of responsibility requiring strong management and supervision skills.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages employee training and development and coordinates maintenance of trainings including, but not limited to, refresher, job specific (technical) training, supervisor, management, leadership, soft skills and compliance.</li>\n <li>Maintain compliance with Safety rules and procedures</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with OSHA Safety regulations and standards</li>\n <li>Teach craft employees standard procedures and processes </li>\n <li>Assist in the development of craft trainings </li>\n <li>Tracks the training for all Craft employees </li>\n <li>Maintain up to date certs </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Five years of experience working in all phases of Telecommunication work (Underground, Civil, Aerial) </li>\n <li>CDL Preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to travel 60-80% of the time </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Henkels & McCoy, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, and Individual with Disabilities.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>",
