It involves extensive travel, customer interaction, and promotion of service and maintenance contracts while providing detailed reports and feedback to improve quality.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Location:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>This is a fully remote position. The perspective applicant must be located in Texas to support our operations in these areas.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>Duties may include the following. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary to support quality goals and objectives.</p><ul><li>Completing Start-ups on Halton kitchen ventilation equipment</li><li>Attending Pre-Commissioning meetings: onsite coordination with trades for Halton kitchen ventilation equipment installations</li><li>Owner/Operator training which includes warranty activation, how to service the system, how to operate the touch screens and how the system works and saves energy</li><li>CARE visits: onsite training sessions for the end users&nbsp;</li><li>Promotion of Monitoring Contracts to owners/operators</li><li>Providing owner/operator contact information for SharePoint database</li><li>Trouble shooting performance issues</li><li>Promotion of Maintenance Contracts</li><li>Promotion of Service and Parts and coordination with owner/operator and HSN Manager</li><li>Coordination with Sales on calls for large project meetings in the design stage</li><li>Ability to travel for up to 48 weeks out of the year</li><li>Handle calls and emails from customers concerning all Halton products</li><li>Ability to write detailed reports on every job site visit&nbsp;</li><li>Report feedback from the field to improve quality&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to perform office duties when not traveling, such as parts ordering, scheduling etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist the HSN manager with any specific projects or duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
