The CNC Production Operator will be responsible for operating CNC lathes and mills, interpreting parts prints, using manual gauging, and meeting production rates and quality standards is helpful; however, training is provided for qualified individuals.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Starting Pay: $25.32 - $26.82</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00PM-11:00PM (training period 7:00AM-3:00PM)</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Pay Schedule: Weekly</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>CNC Production Operat</strong><strong>or </strong><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers, etc.) to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications.</li>\n <li>Set up machines by installing and aligning tools, fixtures, and materials.</li>\n <li>Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely and efficiently.</li>\n <li>Perform basic machine adjustments and offsets to maintain part quality.</li>\n <li>Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.</li>\n <li>Verify dimensions and surface finishes meet print or process requirements.</li>\n <li>Record inspection data and report deviations or defects promptly.</li>\n <li>Follow and maintain quality control procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>CNC Production Operator Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma; technical certificate is a plus.</li>\n <li>Minimum 1 year CNC Experience</li>\n <li>Ability to work unsupervised.</li>\n <li>Ability to comprehend verbal and written instructions.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask job duties effectively and efficiently.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Joining Wieland’s team gives you…</strong></p>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Wieland is an <strong>equal opportunity and affirmative action employer</strong>.
