Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve service issues, and provide expert guidance with a friendly and professional attitude. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and delivering top-tier service to residents, businesses, and municipalities.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person promptly and professionally. Assist with new service setups, account inquiries, billing questions, and service changes. Process billing inquiries and payments. Ensure all customer service activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Handle customer complaints and work to find effective solutions. Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to resolve service issues efficiently. Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our system. Provide a positive and helpful customer experience at all times Identify trends and common issues to suggest improvements to services and processes. Other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, preferably in the waste management industry or a related field. Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle a high volume of customer interactions Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience with industry-specific software is a plus) Working Conditions:
Full-time position, Monday through Friday. In Office Frequent use of a computer, phone, and headset. Compensation & Benefits:
