The perfect candidate will engage our customers by ensuring our product is displayed, stocked, maintained, and rotated correctly in stores. This position will work Sundays and Wednesdays for 5 hours a day.</p><p>The primary role of the Merchandiser is to effectively service all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner.</p><p><strong>Primary Duties Include:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure customer shelves are organized, full, and stocked appropriately according to item and space.</li><li>Rotate products from back stock to shelf and/or display.</li><li>Pull any damaged and/or expired date product from the shelf or display.</li><li>Communicate with store personnel and work closely with full time Sales Representatives in a team environment</li><li>Maintaining a professional demeanor with the public and store personnel when performing your duties.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent customer service.</li><li>Availability to work on holidays.</li><li>Must have a personal vehicle or very reliable means of transportation to travel from store to store.</li><li>A valid drivers license.</li><li>Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes.</li><li>Good communication, organizational, and mathematical skills.</li></ul><p>**Please note that this job profile is not meant to be all inclusive of the responsibilities of this position; individuals may perform other duties as assigned or required.**</p><p><strong>Additional Requirements</strong></p><p>Schwebel’s will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
