This role is critical in ensuring the optimal installation, operation, and maintenance of RGB and single-color strip lights, as well as other LED systems for client projects. The position includes managing components inventory and providing technical solutions and recommendations for future projects.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITES:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Install, configure, and maintain RGB and single-color strip lights, as well as other LED display systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform regular maintenance, system calibrations, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality.</li><li>Oversee the inventory of LED components, including strip lights, controllers, connectors and other related equipment.</li><li>&nbsp;Ensure the availability of necessary parts for ongoing and future projects.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of LED equipment to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of the systems.</li><li>Provide technical solutions to optimize system performance and resolve issues.</li><li>&nbsp;Make data-driven recommendations to improve lighting setups based on client needs and project requirements.</li><li>Evaluate new LED technologies for potential use in future projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in future planning by recommending advanced products and systems that align with ASTOUND&rsquo;s goals.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to LED displays, control systems and associated hardware.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide on-site and remote technical support as needed.</li><li>Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure seamless integration of digital content with LED setups.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with Project Management to deliver high-quality visual solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum of 3+ years of experience in LED technology, with a focus on RGB and single-color strip lights.</li><li>Strong knowledge of LED control systems, strip lighting technology, and LED Tile systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to handle complex technical setups and provide innovative solutions.</li><li>Experience in managing LED components inventory, including sourcing and maintaining an optimal level of stock for ongoing and future projects.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently in high-pressure environments.</li><li>Ability to assess new LED products and technologies, making recommendations based on performance and future industry trends.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with internal teams.</li><li>Relevant certifications in AV/LED technology are preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Willingness to travel for client installations and on-site technical support.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>THE VALUES YOU ALIGN WITH:</strong></p><p>Just as important as the skills you bring to our team, is alignment with our values.
