    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Structural/Architectural Revit Technician is responsible for developing high-quality models and detailed construction documents using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. This role supports structural and architectural design efforts for self-storage building systems.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement and manage Revit standards for the department.</li>\n <li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.</li>\n <li>Produce accurate BIM models and 2D construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.</li>\n <li>Interpret architectural, structural, and engineering documents to create coordinated construction sets.</li>\n <li>Review specifications, blueprints, and contracts to support accurate design output.</li>\n <li>Apply building code knowledge, including egress, ADA, and fire separation, in documentation.</li>\n <li>Draft plans, elevations, sections, and details for structural systems.</li>\n <li>Generate shop drawings, installation graphics, and connection details for field clarity.</li>\n <li>Create bills of materials and perform quantity take-offs from Revit models. </li>\n <li>Support engineers and collaborate with other disciplines throughout the project cycle. </li>\n <li>Participate in coordination meetings and assist in resolving design issues.</li>\n <li>Other duties, as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>JOB SPECIFICATIONS:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>An associate or bachelor’s degree in architectural or Structural Engineering Technology is preferred.</li>\n <li>1 year of experience in structural drafting or BIM role using Autodesk Revit.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; strong understanding of structural detailing and drafting principles.</li>\n <li>Experience supporting structural engineers on steel-framed buildings, especially cold-formed steel systems.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of hot-rolled steel, concrete, and masonry construction and detailing required.</li>\n <li>Ability to interpret and coordinate with structural, architectural, and MEP documentation.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with applicable building codes and standards.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and organization skills; able to work independently or within a team.</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).</li>\n <li>Experience in BIM coordination is preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk in an office environment.</li>\n <li>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.</li>\n</ul>",
