This position will be on Weekend 2nd Shift, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 5:00pm to 5:00am. There maybe additional work days as needed</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to lead and support our high-performance production team in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. This key leadership position upholds a safety-first culture, emphasizes continuous improvement, and exemplifies servant leadership to foster an engaged, motivated workforce. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Safety First Mindset:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Champion a safety culture, enforce all safety policies, conduct safety audits, and lead root-cause investigations for incidents or near-misses.</li>\n <li>Identify and correct unsafe behaviors or conditions promptly.</li>\n <li>Ensure all team members receive up-to-date safety training and use PPE as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Servant Leadership:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Model servant leadership by prioritizing team development, coaching, and empowerment.</li>\n <li>Support operators and technicians in overcoming challenges, providing necessary resources, and recognizing contributions.</li>\n <li>Foster a respectful, inclusive environment where every team member’s input is valued.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>People Development:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Train, mentor, and assess team members abilities (including cross-training initiatives).</li>\n <li>Oversee attendance, conduct, and enforce company policies consistently.</li>\n <li>Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding employee relations issues</li>\n <li>Interface with Union Stewards in contract and discipline issues</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Production Oversight in a Fast-Paced, High-Volume Environment:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise all activities of the stamping press department, ensuring achievement of aggressive production targets, consistent quality standards, and on-time delivery.</li>\n <li>Proactively monitor workflow and assign tasks to optimize manpower and maximize machine utilization within high-demand schedules.</li>\n <li>Quickly adapt to changing priorities, troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects (5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing).</li>\n <li>Analyze downtime, scrap, and process bottlenecks; implement effective countermeasures in collaboration with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.</li>\n <li>Encourage team-driven suggestions for process enhancements, especially those supporting throughput and efficiency.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Reporting & Communication:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain accurate production, quality, and safety records; report KPIs to management.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality, tooling, and maintenance issues promptly, especially under tight timeframes.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Knowledge/Experience/Education: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven history of ability to lead with a servant leadership mindset.</li>\n <li>A minimum of one to three years of experience in a high volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.</li>\n <li>Previous manufacturing supervision experience, preferably in high volume stamping press operations.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations is preferred.</li>\n <li>Previous professional, internship or co-op experience will be taken into consideration as relevant experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Stooping, bending, standing for long periods of time, manual dexterity and able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>EEO</h2>Alliance Laundry Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, Individuals with Disabilities and persons of all Sexual Orientations and Gender Identities.\n<h2>ID</h2>2026-12261\n<h2>Pos.
