Education & Registration
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or recognized equivalent. Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO). Skills & Competencies
Passion for supporting older adults and helping clients achieve successful transitions home. Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently while thriving within an interdisciplinary team environment. Demonstrated proficiency with electronic documentation systems and secure digital communication. Commitment to lifelong learning and evidence-informed practice.
