This role requires a detail-oriented finance professional who can manage <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">day-to-day accounting, reporting, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance</span> while supporting budgeting, financial planning, and audit processes.</p>\n<p>The role will work closely with the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Controller, CFO, and cross-functional teams</span> to ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting while contributing to process improvements and financial insights.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Reporting &amp; Accounting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support preparation of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements</span>.</li>\n<li>Maintain integrity of the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">General Ledger, chart of accounts, and accounting records</span>.</li>\n<li>Assist with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">month-end and year-end closing processes</span> including reconciliations and journal entries.</li>\n<li>Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in compliance with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">US GAAP</span>.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compliance &amp; Regulatory Reporting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">tax compliance activities</span> including sales tax, payroll taxes, and corporate tax documentation.</li>\n<li>Assist with regulatory filings and ensure adherence to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">US financial reporting standards and compliance requirements</span>.</li>\n<li>Maintain documentation and schedules required for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">audits and regulatory reviews</span>.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Audit &amp;
