Description Job Title: Manager – Operations Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid) Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Manager – Operations to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational rigor across HR, Finance, and Business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, a hands-on approach to execution, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and compliance in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Key Responsibilities: Operational Execution Ensure timely and accurate execution of operational tasks across HR, Finance, and Business functions. Maintain key KPIs for the function and ensure corrective actions are taken on timely basis. Resource Lifecycle Management Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for resources including sub-contractors Ensure sub-contractors are appropriately covered under customer contracts and at appropriate rates. Support contract extensions, renewals, and cost centre movements. Ensure compliance and accuracy in resource documentation. Financial Operations Process vendor and sub-contractor invoices with accuracy. Estimate and track provisions for accounts payable and lent/borrowed hours. Validate financial data and ensure integrity in invoicing. Validate data to ensure accuracy of invoices to customers. Support business in solving disputed Accounts receivable collection issues, if any. Data, Systems & Reporting Review and maintain project codes and cost centre data. Support documentation and reporting activities. Ensure consistent use of enterprise systems such as SAP or ServiceNow. Create impactful presentations and reports for internal stakeholders. Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues. Provide regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders. Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups across departments. Process Documentation, Quality and Process improvements Understand and document existing processes Maintain Quality and KPIs for each process. Ensure adherence to established Operations processes and risks are appropriately mitigated.
