The scheduled days working on-site can be flexible, based on your preference.</p><p><strong><u>Salary &amp; Benefits Information</u></strong></p><p><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Aptos&quot;,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:107%;\"><strong>Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.</strong></span></span></p><p>In addition to competitive compensation packages, when working with Intertek you can expect benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with company match, generous vacation / sick time (PTO), tuition reimbursement and more.</p><p><strong><u>What you’ll do:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Strategically source, target, recruit and deliver highly qualified candidates using creative techniques and provided resources</li><li>Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn and Indeed, to network and successfully source potential candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs</li><li>Address critical openings proactively to ensure the support and fulfillment of key and strategic positions, as well as strategically align with upcoming business initiatives</li><li>Create intentional job postings, aligning position duties, requirements, and preferred qualifications to ensure appropriate candidate pool screening</li><li>Partner with HR team and Onboarding Specialist to assist with all hiring and onboarding functions as needed, including application, offer, and new employee hiring processes</li><li>Help drive diversity recruiting strategies through creative candidate sourcing and assisting with a variety of recruiting events, both in-person or virtual</li><li>Maintain applicant data to OFCCP and EEO standards and coach hiring team members to hire the most qualified candidate for each open position</li><li>Provide training and assistance to hiring managers on using the ATS, creating requisitions, screening and interviewing candidates, and providing appropriate feedback on all applicants considered, as well as support their knowledge of the overall recruiting process</li><li>Participate in other projects as necessary</li></ul><p><strong><u>What it takes to be successful:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree&nbsp;in HR, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent (required)</li><li>4+ years recruiting experience&nbsp;related to our business (required)</li><li>Experience driving diversity outreach opportunities (preferred)</li><li>Experience working in both staffing and corporate recruiting is a plus</li><li>Thorough understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity obligations (required)</li><li>Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System&nbsp;(ATS) (required)</li><li>Demonstrate technical skills/abilities related to the job such as using social media for recruiting, job boards, Excel, and presentation software</li><li>Excellent organization and time management skills</li><li>Ability to travel (minimally, less than 5%)</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Intertek: Total Quality.
