To help keep up with this growth we are looking for outstanding individuals to be part of our Finance Group.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Program Dates:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Summer</strong>: May through August</p>\n<p><strong>Fall: </strong>September through December</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our Financial Analyst Interns play a critical role in Melaleuca and we are looking for problem solvers who are ready to contribute from day one.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify and analyze key business indicators, driving improvements in revenue, profitability and achievement of strategic objectives</li>\n <li>Develop key performance measurements for non-financial managers to better understand, track and improve operational efficiency</li>\n <li>Analyze company projects to determine financial viability</li>\n <li>Provide analytical and problem solving support for key managers throughout the company</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Strategy or Data Analytics</li>\n <li>Exceptional academic performance</li>\n <li>Cumulative GPA of 3.75 or higher</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Superior written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Strong Excel skills</li>\n <li>Effective interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management</li>\n <li>Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously</li>\n <li>Perform responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of financial statements, modeling, accounting principles, and of key financial metrics and indicators</li>\n <li>Able to work in Idaho Falls, Idaho for your program dates of approximately 90 days</li>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li> </li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why Melaleuca</h2>\n<p><strong>Melaleuca</strong> is one of the leading Health and Wellness companies in the world.
