Ensure compliance with all safety and OSHA regulations that pertain to your job.</li>\r\n\t<li>Read and understand customer complaints; diagnose and advise findings; complete all authorized repairs in accordance with manufacturer and company policy; return warranty parts to parts dept and road test vehicles as needed to verify completion of repairs.</li>\r\n\t<li>Properly document all repairs using both internet-based tools and physical Repair Order documentation as instructed per department requirements.</li>\r\n\t<li>Meet all flat-rate hour production-based metrics as prescribed by Management.</li>\r\n\t<li>Act as a leader, mentor, and trainer to employees in the in Technician, Lube Technician, and Apprentice Technician roles.</li>\r\n</ol>\r\n",
