    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<p><strong>Tradesmen International</strong> is immediately hiring experienced <strong>Heavy Equipment Operators & CDL Drivers </strong>for projects located in the <strong>Simi Valley, CA area</strong>. This is a first & third shift opportunity, and the pay rate is <strong>$28-33/hour</strong> based on experience and skill level.
