Customer service specialist are responsible for communicating with current and potential customers, scheduling, and creating positive experiences for customers. We look to hire energetic, positive, and enjoyable individuals to join our team.   *THIS IS NOT AS REMOTE POSITION* Job Purpose:  Provide excellent  customer service by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems;  listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and is not a remote position. Duties: Provides outstanding customer service in the call center or front desk operations; Handles all inbound and outbound calls using proper phone etiquette Attract potential customers when answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Maintain customer records by updating account information; m aintains strict confidentiality of financial and sensitive information Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Possess in-depth knowledge of all Window World products and services Skills/Qualifications: One year of Customer Service Experience preferred Strong communication, both written and verbal Great active listening skills Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills A patient and empathetic attitude Strong time management and organizational skills Adaptability and flexibility Comfortable working in fast-paced environments Advanced troubleshooting skills Computer literacy (Google - Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets) Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems In-depth knowledge of a company’s products and/or services Preferred ability to speak multiple languages, especially those common among callers Benefits offered: Paid time off Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Retirement benefits or accounts Gym memberships or discounts
