          "text": "<p>We are seeking a dynamic and academic leader to serve as Assistant Dean for the online FNP Program. In this role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to faculty, ensuring consistent, high-quality course delivery, strong student outcomes, and full academic compliance.</p><p>You’ll play a critical role in faculty development, student success initiatives, and program performance, leveraging data and collaboration to drive excellence in online and immersive learning environments.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Faculty Leadership &amp; Talent Management</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure all program courses are staffed with qualified, trained, high-quality instructors</li><li>Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify hiring needs, initiate requisitions, and recruit faculty</li><li>Interview and select qualified faculty</li><li>Lead faculty onboarding, including development, updates, and execution of orientation materials and processes</li><li>Supervise, evaluate, coach, and provide timely feedback to assigned faculty</li><li>Monitor and enforce faculty performance expectations and completion of duties</li><li>Track faculty qualifications (education, certifications, licensure) to ensure compliance prior to teaching</li></ul><p><strong>Faculty Development &amp; Performance</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and deliver ongoing faculty training and development programs</li><li>Prepare and communicate faculty, course performance, and qualification metrics</li><li>Serve as a mentor and role model in academic excellence, communication, collaboration, and professionalism</li></ul><p><strong>Academic Operations &amp; Scheduling</strong></p><ul><li>Support course and faculty scheduling, including immersion planning, in collaboration with operations teams</li><li>Monitor and report on faculty workload</li><li>Facilitate regular faculty meetings to support communication, curriculum planning, and program improvement</li></ul><p><strong>Student Success &amp; Academic Oversight</strong></p><ul><li>Guide faculty on student concerns, escalations, academic integrity, attendance, performance, and practicum/preceptor issues</li><li>Collaborate with Student Services to address student needs</li><li>Support and implement retention and persistence initiatives</li><li>Monitor, aggregate, and report weekly at-risk/persistence data</li></ul><p><strong>Data, Compliance &amp; Administration</strong></p><ul><li>Collect, analyze, and report on program and faculty data</li><li>Ensure adherence to academic policies, operational standards, and accreditation requirements</li><li>Assist with accreditation-related administrative activities</li><li>Provide input on academic budget planning</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><p>This is an opportunity to shape the future of FNP education—leading faculty, advancing student success, and driving measurable program outcomes in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.</p>",
