Monday to Friday - 7:30am - 3:30pm $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Licensed Intervention Specialists Currently looking for educators to join our team for the 2026-2027 School Year Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, degree in Special Education highly preferred Ohio teaching license required, Intervention Specialist license highly preferred Experience working with students with behavioral and mental health challenges preferred Valid driver’s license required Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications Job Summary: The Intervention Specialist provides individualized academic instruction to students in a classroom setting and ensures lesson plans align with Ohio Department of Education content standards. This role actively participates in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and strategy sheets, monitors student progress, and adjusts interventions based on data. The Intervention Specialist collaborates with parents, staff, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth and maintain compliance with state standards.
