Great for someone looking to work as part of a team and takes pride in their quality of work. Hours: M-F, 2:30 P.M. - 11:00 P.M. VALUES Innovation Commitment & Passion Integrity Team & Relationships DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Will check parts for physical defects. Unload parts from PVC line. Trim and touch up parts as needed to meet our internal quality standards. Assist other team members with lifting and moving heavy parts continually throughout the day. JOB COMPENTENCIES Acts with Safety in Mind : Actively promotes and maintains a safe working environment by identifying hazards and following safety protocols. Focus on Quality : Produces work that consistently meets specifications and prevents defects. Committed to Delivery : Meets production targets while maintaining quality and safety. Positively Affects Morale : Contributes positively to team performance and workplace culture. Shows Consideration for the Environment : Operates responsibly to reduce environmental impact QUALIFICATIONS Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively. Ability to handle repetitive lifting while using proper lifting techniques daily. Ability to work overhead, and stand up constantly throughout the day. High School Diploma or GED preferred. This position description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties. The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity. Additionally, for eligible full-time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits; paid time off and paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock ownership plan.
