What will you be doing: As a customer service call agent, you will handle inbound telephonic calls ensuring positive patient experiences; liaison between our company and our patients; verify patient information, troubleshoots equipment to resolve patient’s issues, provide delivery information, responds to health plan inquiries, process re-fill requests, escalate unresolved issues, complete and process any pending orders.
