What qualities are we looking for?</strong></p><p>We are a Utah based HVAC/R commercial and applied mechanical organization, including locations in Salt Lake City and Utah County. We thrive on being customer service oriented, being nimble, balancing multiple responsibilities, and developing positive relationships with our teams to work together to get the job done. Some responsibilities and examples of this outside sales role include: &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Customer Focused</strong> &ndash; we are passionate about serving all of our customers, including developers, engineers and mechanical contractors. We meet customers&rsquo; needs by maintaining positive business relationships and delivering on our promises. Sales Engineers often navigate the intersection of technical complexity and client expectations, and are responsible for being the face of the company out in the field.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>HVAC Product and industry knowledge</strong> - Understanding HVAC commercial and applied systems is a must, and that experience is needed to assist in selling the right equipment and recommending the right systems for the jobs our customers have. Setting the expectations of what we can offer is critical.</li><li><strong>Sales Skills</strong> &ndash; You&rsquo;re responsible for quoting and selling equipment, which requires balancing unique solution presentations while delivering sales targets. This requires a blend of technical acumen and interpersonal skills. Continually improve on sales skills and product knowledge to maintain competitive advantage in very high paced and competitive environment.</li><li><strong>Attention to Detail</strong> - Provide customer service expertise and support to pricing, quoting, preparing documents for project hand over, and the ability to be detail oriented while still seeing the big picture on a project.</li></ul><p><strong><em>We operate with these three ideas in mind:&nbsp;</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Team Spirit</strong> &ndash; Above all, we operate in a team environment and therefore holding a true team spirit of cooperation and problem solving is a must.
