You will collaborate closely with surgical teams and IONM technologists to support positive patient outcomes.</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provide real-time interpretation of intraoperative neuromonitoring data and communicate findings directly to surgical teams</p></li>\n <li><p>Correlate electrophysiological findings with the patient’s clinical status to support surgical decision-making</p></li>\n <li><p>Conduct comprehensive post-operative case reviews and complete detailed reports</p></li>\n <li><p>Contribute to quality assurance and improvement efforts to maintain high standards of neuromonitoring services</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain current knowledge of advancements and best practices in neuromonitoring</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Board-certified Neurologist with expertise in electrophysiology.</li>\n <li><strong>Fellowship in intraoperative neuromonitoring required; </strong>a doctorate in the field is preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of intraoperative neuromonitoring modalities (e.g., SSEPs, MEPs, BAERs, EMG).</li>\n <li>Knowledge of surgical procedures and perioperative care.</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment.</li>\n <li>Prior experience in IONM is strongly preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>It is the policy of MPOWERHealth not to discriminate against any applicant for employment, or any employee because of age, color, sex, disability, national origin, race, religion, or veteran status.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#IND456</p>",
