Job Overview We are searching for an exceptional Sales Development Representative who lives for the hunt and thrives in high-growth environments. This role is ideal for a proven top performer who consistently beats outbound quotas and wants to accelerate their career in a category-defining healthcare AI company. You will be the first point of contact for leaders across the home health industry, opening conversations about how AI is transforming clinical workflows and helping agencies support clinicians more effectively. The right candidate brings strong outbound muscle, infectious energy, and a genuine interest in improving healthcare through technology. Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting: Drive high-impact campaigns through phone, email, and LinkedIn to connect with home healthcare decision-makers. Consistently exceed quota targets. Discovery: Run effective qualification calls to understand prospect needs and buying journey. Map key stakeholders and decision process. Pipeline Management: Own both inbound and outbound leads in Hubspot. Maintain meticulous activity tracking and data hygiene. Product Expertise: Master Roger's AI platform value proposition, articulating how it saves clinicians time and improves patient care. Territory Growth: Build pipeline for highly engaged opportunities with an average deal size of $50k. Your outbound efforts directly contribute to large, meaningful wins in a fast-growing market. Market Intelligence: Share frontline insights to help refine messaging and go-to-market strategy. What You'll Need to Succeed Sales DNA: Natural hunter with proven track record of exceeding outbound quotas. Drive: Brings unstoppable energy and creativity to prospecting challenges. Communication: Masters both active listening and articulating complex solutions simply. Healthcare AI Passion: Excited about transforming patient care through technology. Requirements Experience: 1+ years exceeding quota as BDR/SDR in early-stage startups. Must thrive in high-growth environments. SaaS and healthcare experience is a plus. Technical: Proficient with Hubspot and quick to master new tools. Results: Consistent history of exceeding quota through data-driven approaches. Resilience: Sees rejection as opportunity; maintains high activity levels. Process: Strong at time management and systematic problem-solving.
