This role will further develop the logistics of the overall supply chain within Operations to improve construction timelines.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">**Relocation assistance is not provided for this role.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit; font-weight: bold\">Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">· Execute the needed logistical actions and develop the supply base to support the strategy.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">· Improve logistical performance to drive accurate deliveries and shorter lead time on projects.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">· Drive improvement in storage, and logistics of materials in/through the warehouse.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">· Build partnerships with key providers of materials and services.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">· Deliver value through lead time reduction, on-time improvement, and vendor pre-processing.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit; font-weight: bold\">Key Differentiators for this Role:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">· This position plays a critical role in evolving procurement from a transactional function into a technology driven, data-enabled capability, supporting operational excellence and scalable growth.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">· Experience in automations, integrations, AI and other relevant technologies.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">· Experience with technology-enabled procurement or supply chain systems.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">· Proficiency in digital supply chain tools and workflow systems.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit; font-weight: bold\">Supervisory / Budgetary / External communication responsibility:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">· This position is an individual contributor role and has no direct reports.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">· Communicates with vendors, Buyers, and Project Managers on supply bottlenecks/timing.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">· Communicates with vendors to drive value, prevent supply interruption, and solve issues.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit; font-weight: bold\">Knowledge, skill, and ability requirements (competencies required for job performance):</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">· MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook) basic knowledge required along with advanced Excel.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">· User experience in SAP or other prominent business platforms preferred.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">· Outstanding communication skills (phone, e-mail, video conference, and in person) required.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">· Well-developed organizational skills.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">· Knowledge of logistics, storage, and warehousing.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit; font-weight: bold\">Prior work experience and educational requirements:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">· Requires a H.S. diploma with a college degree preferred.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">· Experience in the implementation/execution of custom supply chain and logistics strategies.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">· Prior quantitative results in supply chain, warehousing and logistics required.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit; font-weight: bold\">Physical demands</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">The physical demands of a typical warehouse and office environment, including some field travel.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
