The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery and be passionate about driving post-trade IT initiatives from build through to production.</p><p><strong><u>Role and responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Own and maintain the IT project plan in Jira, keeping it in sync with the global program plan and flagging risks before they become problems</li><li>Track IT change requests, budgets, and dependencies end-to-end, adjusting plans as the project evolves</li><li>Make sure all IT documentation is produced, up to date, and properly archived to meet governance, audit, and regulatory standards</li><li>Coordinate IT testing and deployment activities across business analysts and developers, and stay on top of post-release bugs until closure</li><li>Communicate project status clearly and regularly to Operations, Compliance, and the global Project Manager</li><li>Drive delivery readiness at each phase gate, from build through go-live and handover to production support</li></ul>",
