Given the location of our clients and the remote nature of the work, we are flexible on location.<br><br>In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of Vision33’s solution, Lumiya—an AI-powered platform that automates business processes and enhances decision making across ERP systems. You will ensure a professional and seamless transition for customers, managing and configuring the software while training users on its effective use.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">As an Implementation Consultant, your responsibilities will include:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, from project initiation through to go-live.</li>\n<li>Manage and own all implementation activities while ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.</li>\n<li>Work closely with product team to deliver solutions that meet specific client requirements.</li>\n<li>Support the preparation of scope of work documentation by providing task and time estimates.</li>\n<li>Design and configure web-based components as part of the implementation process.</li>\n<li>Provide feedback to internal teams based on project experience and client interactions.</li>\n<li>Collaborate on process and documentation improvements throughout the project lifecycle.</li>\n<li>Create project documentation and act as a subject matter expert, including delivering end-user training.</li>\n<li>Achieve individual billable utilization targets.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Excited to face any new challenge, you will bring to this position the following skills and qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree or college diploma in an IT related field from a recognized post-secondary institution or relevant professional experience.</li>\n<li>Technical background with experience in software implementation projects in a client facing manner.</li>\n<li>Relevant experience with Procure to Pay and Sales to Order processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the desire to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand the importance of delivering value to our clients.</li>\n<li>Analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities are essential.</li>\n<li>Ability and passion for learning new technologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant experience in IT consulting and/or client consulting experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with SAP Business One or ERP Software will be considered an asset, but not a necessity.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer a competitive total rewards program including training and development, paid vacation and leaves, retirement plans, health and wellness programs, compensative reward programs and other employee benefits.
