    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>MCE Technician – U.S. Projects</strong></p>\n<p>100% Travel – North America | Rotation: 6 Weeks On / 1 Week Off </p>\n<p><strong>About the Role</strong> </p>\n<p>Sky Climber Renewables is seeking experienced <strong>Main Component Exchange (MCE) Technicians</strong> to support large corrective projects across utility-scale wind farms in the United States. MCE Technicians specialize in the safe execution of main component exchanges and complex uptower repair services, working under the direction of an MCE Lead Technician or Project Manager.  This role is designed for technicians with strong hands-on experience in heavy lift operations, turbine systems, and mechanical execution, who are comfortable performing physically demanding work at height and contributing to high-performing MCE crews. </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Perform main component exchange activities on wind turbine generators</strong>, including blades, gearboxes, generators, main bearings, and related components </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support daily execution of contractual work scopes in coordination with site leadership and MCE Leads </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with disassembly, assembly, alignment, adjustment, and installation of large turbine components per manuals and work instructions </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repairs or replacements to correct equipment malfunctions </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct routine maintenance activities such as cleaning, greasing, lubrication, and inspection of tools and equipment </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with general site operations and related work activities with minimal supervision </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate with engineering and technical support teams when additional troubleshooting or diagnostic assistance is required </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete and maintain required company and client documentation using computer-based reporting systems </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, including proper handling of oils, greases, and solvents </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with company policy and insurance requirements </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Execution Responsibilities</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform torqueing and tensioning of bolted connections in compliance with installation manuals and specifications </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Test electrical components and systems, as well as mechanical and hydraulic systems </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical malfunctions within scope and training </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow defined task plans, safety procedures, and quality requirements at all times </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED required </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum three (3) years of wind industry experience </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting wind farm operations and maintenance, installation, and heavy lift main component exchange activities </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret safety regulations, assembly and disassembly instructions, technical manuals, and maintenance procedures </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage changing priorities </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Intermediate computer skills and ability to use mobile applications and digital reporting tools </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated technical capability and ability to work effectively as part of a crew </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Positive attitude and ability to perform physically demanding work at height </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Willingness to work in confined spaces, alternate schedules, overtime, and holidays as required </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical, Travel & Rotation Requirements</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to travel 100% to wind farms across North America </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Rotation schedule of six (6) weeks on / one (1) week off </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to climb wind turbines approximately 300 feet </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Weight compliance between 120 and 260 pounds, including personal protective equipment </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, including items over 50 pounds </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Willingness to work outdoors in varying and adverse weather conditions </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Certifications</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>OSHA 10 </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>NFPA 70E </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>GWO Basic Technical Training (BTT) </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>GWO Advanced Rescue Training (ART) </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>CPR / AED / First Aid (all certifications must be current) </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Employment Conditions</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Safety-sensitive position </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to pass background check and drug screening </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About Sky Climber Renewables</strong> </p>\n<p>Sky Climber Renewables (SCR) provides specialized field services to the utility-scale wind industry across North America.
