      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Install, troubleshoot, and maintain structured cabling systems (Cat5/Cat6, fiber, coax).</li>\n<li>Perform conduit installation, cable dressing, and termination inside IDF/MDF cabinets.</li>\n<li>Install and configure CCTV, paging systems, AV equipment, and network devices.</li>\n<li>Lead small teams on multi-week projects and ensure timely, safe, and budget-conscious delivery.</li>\n<li>Read and interpret blueprints and site maps.</li>\n<li>Operate BOOM and/or scissor lifts; work at heights up to 40+ feet.</li>\n<li>Conduct system testing and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with clients and team members.</li>\n\n</div>"

      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>2–5 years of experience in low-voltage cabling, industrial installation, or AV systems.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of cabling infrastructure, fiber termination, and AV integration.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Crestron, AMX, DSP programming, and audio calibration is a plus.</li>\n<li>Industry certifications (BICSI, OSHA, MSHA, AVIXA CTS, Panduit, Belden, Corning) are highly desirable.</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUI/DWI in the last 3 years).</li>\n<li>Reliable transportation.</li>\n<li>Must have basic telecom tools, PPE</li>\n<li>Comfortable working independently and leading small teams.</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel extensively (4–6 weeks at a time) and work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.</li>\n\n</div>"
