font-size: 13px\">Duties and responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Overall responsibility: </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Serve as an ambassador of JustHoop demonstrating our mission and values in a positive and professional manner and acting as a role model of the JustHoop Brand.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Assisting the Head Coach in managing a team of up to 12 kids including coaching at practices and games. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Timely and effectively communicate with players and parents throughout the season.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Create a safe environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of students.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Respond to players, parents and colleagues' needs. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Support the Head Coach in holding a preseason meeting with all student athletes and parents before the first official game.</span></li>\n<li><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Game Day Role</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Arrive early to set up a facility and court. </span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">High school diploma or GED. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Minimum High school varsity playing experience. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">First Aid and CPR certified. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Proven work experience as a youth sports coach. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Youth teaching experience is preferred. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Maintain high energy and enthusiasm. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">High standard of ethics and integrity.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">In-depth knowledge of sporting strategies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 13px\">Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; Work is primarily performed on a basketball court with appropriate climate controls.
