    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<p>Tyto Athene is looking to hire a <strong>Network</strong> <strong>Manager </strong>for a multi-year contract performing at Fort Meade, Maryland. The Network Manager is responsible for the reliability and security of an unclassified network comprising over 1,400 workstations and 800 Tb of storage.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage Cisco infrastructure, Palo Alto firewalls, and Nutanix SAN.</li>\n <li>Perform Capacity Management analysis to ensure network performance meets future workloads.</li>\n <li>Administer network monitoring tools such as Splunk, Big Fix, and ACAS.</li>\n <li>Maintain standard image baselines and security configuration baselines IAW DISA STIGs.</li>\n <li>Perform a daily network check for the mission by completing a detailed checklist and relaying the status of all items on the checklist daily.</li>\n <li>Support project reports by providing metrics, and reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.</li>\n <li>Follow established processes and procedures to document, track, and resolve reported problems and to meet operational service levels and standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field and at least five years of relevant work experience or High School diploma with at least seven years of relevant work experience.</li>\n <li>U.S. Citizenship</li>\n <li>Experience with Windows Server 2019, Azure, Active Directory, and Google tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Azure certifications, and ITIL v3/v4 Intermediate or higher.</li>\n <li>Experience with Virtual Desktop environments. </li>\n <li>Excellent knowledge of computer systems, applications, and troubleshooting methodologies.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>DOD 8570 Compliant Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level III</li>\n <li>Certified Cisco Network Administrator (CCNA)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Tyto Athene</h2>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position.
