Job Purpose and Role We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales and Lead Generation Specialist with proven expertise in sales prospecting, qualified lead generation, and managing the full sales cycle—from outreach and qualification to pitching RCM services and closing deals. The ideal candidate thrives in the U.S. clinical practice/healthcare industry, excels at outbound sales, and builds relationships to help practices boost revenue through efficient RCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities Identify, generate, and qualify leads via outbound outreach (calls, emails, messaging, and targeted campaigns) focused on RCM pain points like billing inefficiencies and denials.
Prospect in the U.S. clinical practice market, schedule demos for RCM services, and transition warm opportunities to the sales team.
Manage the full sales cycle independently: outreach, discovery calls, qualification, RCM solution presentations, negotiation, and closing.
Build targeted prospect lists and execute lead generation strategies tailored to healthcare providers seeking revenue optimization.
Foster meaningful relationships to uncover RCM needs and position our services for maximum financial impact.
Track all sales activities, pipelines, and communications in HubSpot with precision.
Meet or exceed KPIs for lead volume, call activity, pipeline progression, and closed RCM deals.
Collaborate with teams to refine RCM messaging, enhance outreach, and drive higher conversions.
Qualifications Strong track record in outbound sales and high-volume lead generation, ideally in healthcare RCM or billing services.
Ability to handle end-to-end sales independently, from prospecting and qualification to pitching, negotiating, and closing RCM deals.
Experience selling to U.S. healthcare providers, with familiarity in revenue cycle challenges.
Comfortable with high-volume daily outbound calls, resilient to rejection, and able to sustain high energy.
Outgoing, confident demeanor for phone and video interactions; skilled at building trust with C-suite executives.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach.
Customer-centric interpersonal skills, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Advanced HubSpot CRM expertise for tracking, pipelines, and activity management.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a metrics-driven, remote environment.
This is an independent contractor position.
Job Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
