Description

The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team providing technical and engineering services to USN/USMC Air Traffic Control Systems. Will apply electrical and electronic theory and related knowledge, usually under the direction of engineering staff to design, build, repair, calibrate and modify electrical components, circuitry, controls, and machinery for subsequent evaluation and use by engineering staff in making engineering design decisions. The hourly rate for this position is set by the Dept of Labor and is not negotiable. Current rate is $28.79 (Tech III) / $35.64 (Tech IV). This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in St. Mary's County, near to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station. There is no monetary relocation assistance budgeted for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to St. Mary's County, Maryland or surrounding areas. #LI-KY1
