Summary We are looking for a versatile, growth-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in a role that evolves with our business. In the near term, your primary focus will be corporate and SG&A recruiting, with an emphasis on revenue-generating roles like Business Development Representatives as Curana Health continues to expand its market presence. As that business matures and clinical volume grows, this role will expand to include Advanced Practice Provider recruiting, making you a true utility player across the full Curana talent landscape. This is an ideal opportunity for a recruiter who has a strong corporate or sales recruiting foundation and is genuinely curious about healthcare and clinical recruiting. You do not need to be an APP recruiting expert on day one, but you should be eager to learn the space, build new sourcing muscles, and grow into both functions over time. Adaptability, a proactive outreach mindset, and the ability to build relationships across very different candidate populations are what will make you successful here. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Phase One: Corporate and SG&A Recruiting (Primary Focus) Own full-cycle recruitment for corporate, SG&A, and revenue-generating roles including Business Development Representatives, account management, operations, finance, HR, and administrative positions Partner with hiring managers to develop role profiles, craft compelling job postings, and build targeted sourcing strategies for each function Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, culture fit, and interest level Manage offer processes, negotiate compensation within established bands, and drive candidates to acceptance Phase Two: Advanced Practice Provider Recruiting (As Clinical Volume Grows) Expand into full-cycle APP recruiting for Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and related clinical roles as Curana's clinical footprint grows Learn and apply clinical-specific sourcing approaches including Doximity, Seekout, LinkedIn, to outreach, residency program engagement, and direct cold contact with passive clinicians Conduct APP candidate screenings that address licensure, specialty fit, geographic flexibility, and practice setting preferences Build and maintain APP candidate pipelines that support ongoing and anticipated clinical openings Ongoing: Operations and Collaboration Maintain accurate, timely candidate records and requisition documentation in iCIMS throughout the full hiring lifecycle Track and report on recruiting metrics across all functions, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and sourcing channel performance Collaborate with the broader TA team on process improvements, employer branding, and candidate experience Flex capacity across the team as business priorities shift, supporting high-impact openings regardless of function Qualifications Required 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record in corporate, SG&A, or sales/revenue role recruiting (BDRs, account executives, or similar) Demonstrated ability to source and close candidates in competitive, high-volume environments Comfort with proactive, direct outreach including cold sourcing for passive candidates Experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks Strong communication and relationship-building skills across a wide range of candidate personas and hiring manager styles Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously without losing quality or pace Familiarity with ATS platforms; experience with iCIMS a plus Genuine curiosity about healthcare and openness to building clinical recruiting expertise over time Self-directed and dependable in a fully remote environment Preferred Prior exposure to healthcare, clinical, or APP recruiting, even if not the primary focus of your experience Familiarity with Doximity or other clinical sourcing platforms Agency recruiting background with experience across multiple industries or role types Experience recruiting for organizations in growth or expansion mode where priorities shift quickly Knowledge of APP licensure basics or clinical scope of practice a plus, but not required Experience recruiting Registered Nurses or other bedside clinical roles, bringing familiarity with clinical candidate motivations and healthcare hiring timelines We’re thrilled to announce that Curana Health has been named the 147th fastest growing, privately owned company in the nation on Inc. magazine’s prestigious Inc. 5000 list.
