    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Central Jersey Medical Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center looking to hire a full time Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Established in the year 2002, the CJMC has a main location in Perth Amboy, NJ as well as 5 School Based Health Centers located in Newark, NJ.</p>\n<p>Location of position is in Perth Amboy, NJ.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Duties for this position include:</p>\n<p>Essential Functions:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Completion of a biopsychosocial assessments</li>\n <li>Knowledge of community resources and appropriate referrals</li>\n <li>Experience with the DSM5 and ICD10 for psychiatric diagnosis</li>\n <li>Social Work consultation for the primary care providers including but not limited to ongoing case discussion and evaluation focusing on clinical goals and treatment plans.</li>\n <li>Psychotherapeutic counseling, including resolution of symptoms involving mental disorders, psycho social stress, relationship problems or difficulties coping with social environment.</li>\n <li>Client centered advocacy to bring about or influence change and improve quality of life.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>A Master’s degree in Social Work, from an accredited college or university; experience working with troubled children and families; individual and group psychotherapy for children and adults.</p>\n<p>Must possess a thorough knowledge of principles and techniques of youth and family counseling; working knowledge of human services system; ability to conduct and facilitate meetings; ability to maintain effective working relationship with other social service providers; ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
