residents to help them (1) identify and reduce risk factors for re-incarceration, (2) engage in pro-social activities that foster successful re-integration into community life, and (3) be accountable to civic and criminal justice authorities as may be required as condition of their release (4) access services and programs that address training, employment, healthcare, and other social determinants of health.</span></p><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:4.0pt;text-align:justify;\"><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li><span style=\"color:black;font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif;\">Meet with mentees assigned on a regularly scheduled basis and occasionally more when need arises.</span></li><li><span style=\"color:black;font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif;\">Engage in open, honest dialogue to balance active, respectful listening with information about alternative
