      "content": "\n<li>Perform visual inspections for quality and workmanship</li>\n<li>Monitor service department adherence to the Western Safety Manual</li>\n<li>Service is performed IAW the Repair Station Manual and FAA regulations</li>\n<li>Ensure that Western Aircraft Policy and Procedures are followed</li>\n<li>Make decisions to determine airworthiness</li>\n<li>Determine part approvals</li>\n<li>Determine major/minor repair or alterations</li>\n<li>Ensure Certificated 135 Operator’s AAIP or CAMP programs are adhered to during maintenance</li>\n<li>Ensure proper tooling is used to determine airworthiness and is currently calibrated when applicable</li>\n<li>Communicate with the leads and the assigned Service Managers regarding assigned work orders</li>\n<li>Ensure all maintenance performed is of such quality that the condition of the aircraft, airframe, engine, propeller or appliance worked or will be at least equal to its original or properly altered condition</li>\n<li>RTS Authority</li>\n<li>Technician duties may be required at times</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Minimum five (5) years’ experience in general aviation maintenance required</li>\n<li>Airframe &amp; Powerplant Certifications required</li>\n<li>Previous QA/QC Aircraft Inspector experience preferred</li>\n<li>Experience with Gulfstream, Dassault Falcon, King Air, Cessna, Piper and Pilatus preferred</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of FARs</li>\n<li>Strong proficiency with MS Word and Excel</li>\n"
