Responsibilities:&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\nThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\tPerform&nbsp;Cold Storage Warehouse&nbsp;Forklift Operator duties as assigned.&nbsp;\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\tCommunicate and work closely with team&nbsp;members,&nbsp;Warehouse&nbsp;Management&nbsp;Team&nbsp;to&nbsp;accomplish&nbsp;goals.&nbsp;\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\tOn a daily basis, inspect and perform minor maintenance on forklift or other job specific&nbsp;\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;equipment.&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\tRe-stack pallets&nbsp;as necessary, pull outbound loads,&nbsp;stage&nbsp;and prepare paperwork accordingly.&nbsp;\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\tPut away new production and record accurately.&nbsp;\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\tAccurately check in and load driver/truck including verification of load number, schedule, pallet numbers, box&nbsp;counts, etc.&nbsp;\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\tEfficiently stack and store product in the&nbsp;appropriate areas&nbsp;&nbsp;\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\tEfficiently move&nbsp;product&nbsp;from staging and/or storage areas into trailers or other shipping containers.&nbsp;\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\tEnsure outbound shipments are&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;and free of damage and perform trailer inspections on iPad&nbsp;\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\tVerify&nbsp;no broken&nbsp;pallets, replace as needed.&nbsp;&nbsp;Verify pallet wrap and top sheet are intact, and pallets have no debris on top.&nbsp;\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\tAbility to access forms and perform all system functions associated with&nbsp;day to day&nbsp;job duties including but not limited to the&nbsp;UDA IMS systems.&nbsp;\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\tApply labels to boxes which&nbsp;incudes&nbsp;partially unstacking boxes and re-wrapping pallets.&nbsp;\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\tMaintain a clean,&nbsp;neat&nbsp;and orderly work area.&nbsp;\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\tAdhere to all SOP&rsquo;s and HACCP guidelines.&nbsp;\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\tAdhere to all UDA quality, safety, and GMP policies and procedures, reporting any&nbsp;nonconformity.&nbsp;\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\tOther&nbsp;warehouse operations and&nbsp;duties as&nbsp;required.&nbsp;\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\n*Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\nTravel Requirements:&nbsp;&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tMinimal&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nQualifications:&nbsp;\\r\\nGeneral&nbsp;Skills &amp;
